I work with the knowledge that you and your physical body (in principal) are a well working organism. And that energy work or healing support the self- healing capacity of your body. Energy work can act on your mental, emotional, physical, spiritual and etheric level.
Every human being, every physical body and mind has that self- healing capacity.
We can see that in the physical body where cells, molecules and other organism renew themselves. Whatever ‘dies off’ will be repaired without the interference of our conscious mind. We can also apply this self- healing capacity to the other levels. Patterns, thoughts and habits are sometimes a little more persistent and also very capable of changing.
In body and mind different systems and structures are in process. There is order in everything in life. During energy work I use these existent systems and structures.
I will give feedback what will happen during the energy work session, themes you work on, what you need and how you can contribute to a ‘better’ life.
A session can be done sitting up or on a massage table. You will keep your clothing on.
Some people can’t receive a bodywork session, because of contra- indications. In some cases they choose for an energy work session.
