Bodywork uses massage therapy as a technique to become aware of what your physical body is telling you. Connecting you with the tensions, stress, anxiety and ‘blocks’ that prevent you from living a free life. Massage therapy also permits you to be aware of your inner wisdom, your strength, your joy and your potential.

Reflexology
Perhaps you are not interested in a regular massage. You may want to consider reflexology. It is just as effective as a regular massage. Your feet reflect your physical body and by massaging your feet you massage every aspect of your body.
Pregnancy Massage Therapy
Pregnancy massage therapy brings relief to the pregnant body. A calming massage that eases the body when it shows too much stress. A stronger massage that strengthens the body where it’s needed.
Pregnancy massage therapy is also very suitable for mothers who would like to make contact with their child on an emotional, mental or spiritual level. Some women experience stress during a pregnancy by previous difficult experiences.

We will have a short telephone conversation. During this conversation you may want to mention what I may need to take in consideration. You may think about pregnancy, diabetes, cancer, heart problems, etc. You may have a local or general contra- indication that may need to be considered. (See more information about contra- indications at the Costs & Conditions page). A bodywork session lasts for about 1 hour to 1,5 hours. I work often in cooperation with personal physicians, obstetricians, job coaches and reintegration coaches.
Recommendations:
- Take your time before and after the bodywork session.
- Eat a light meal about 1 hour before the bodywork session.
- Turn your phone off during the bodywork session.
- Drink plenty of water after the bodywork session.
